You all must be aware about renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking and now he is in news again as he has become the first person with disability to experience zero gravity. This zero gravity flight in modified jet leads to microgravity experience over the Atlantic Ocean.
Stephen Hawking stated:
It was amazing. The zero-G part was wonderful and the full-G part was no problem. I could have gone on and on.
It was for the first time in forty years that the scientist was able to float in air without the aid of his electronic communication gear and wheelchair. Each ride costs $3,750 and the interior of the aircraft has been padded for protecting the fliers. The fee was waived for this esteemed scientist and it seems the company used him for promoting space tourism so that more and more people could opt for it. This twenty five second experience should surely generate interest among a number of people to try zero gravity.
