If scientists find water on the Red Planet then it won’t take too long to turn the red planet into green. We can now really think of inhabiting the much talked neighbor of ours in a few years from now. One can feel the butterflies already in the stomach. What will life be when it comes to thinking of settling on some other planet? There arises a mixed feeling of thrill and doubts. Doubts because scientists are not sure if there is enough water to support a manned mission on this planet
But unless the Mars orbiter is back with important data that what conditions could have given rise to support microorganic life on ancient Mars and how much water vapor escaped the planet’s relatively thin upper atmosphere, we will have to wait and keep our excitement little down.
All the space scientists around the world who have contributed for the space explorations and other space discoveries deserves a pat on their back for at least taking us this close that now we can think of inhabiting other planet with some certainty.
