One of the great scientific instruments of all time, which has given the clearest pictures of galaxies forming in the very early universe, is looking straight into the eyes of the scientists for help. Its fate will be decided after the announcement whether to send a repair mission or not. It needs some maintenance and sure, it deserves it. There’s still a tremendous amount of information that can come from it and the telescope today is a far more capable and reliable than when it was launched. It sure deserves our attention.
Space scientists have concerns regarding safety of the astronauts especially after the Colombian disaster but Hubble shouldn’t be repaired at the cost of Hubble astronauts.

the repair mission should be surly sent for the maintainance of Hubble, because the instruments giving such a precious information about space should be maintained as soon as possible. it is really a foolish thought that they are still thinking weather TO MAINTAIN Hubble OR NOT.
keeping in mind that the Columbia shuttle disaster took toll of seven lives earlier, the safety of the crew members in this noble mission must be the top-notch priority. And Hubble do really needed that attention.
Hi, Darnell!! nice to see you again....
...I didn’t mean that robots should be sent to repair the Great Hubble but I was concerned about safety of astronauts who in future will contribute much more in this direction.
Safety is a norm and so is maintenance…it shouldn’t be at the cost of the Astronauts but does require immediate approach.
