Comet McNaught is getting very close to the sun and you might be able to see it when the sun goes down the horizon. If not then you can take a binoculars and scan the western sky once the sun is safely below the horizon.

The comet is the brightest comet in thirty years. In the days to come the comet will pass the sun and will temporarily be invisible in the glare of the sun.
