Recent photographs of the 10th planet 2003 UB313, taken from the Hubble Space Telescope shows that the planet is twice the size of Pluto. The picture with an image size of 1.5 pixels was put down to get the diameter of the planet, which was 1490 miles. The diameter of Pluto is only 1410 miles. Apart from this, another fact that research revealed was that 2003 UB313 is brighter than Pluto, where the former reflects 86 percent of its light while the former emits only 60 percent of its light.

As per Michael E. Brown, a professor of planetary astronomy at the California Institute of Technology and the leader of Hubble image:

It’s just crazy - we were shocked how bright it was.

These inferences have led the astronomers to reconsider the official naming of the planet, and relegate Pluto to a member of the Kuiper Belt.
